1. Principle of closed water cooling system:
Water circulates in the coil of closed cooling tower, and fluid heat will be absorbed by the coil pipe wall, through the fan at the top, the heat will be taken outside. When the water temperature is higher than set temperature, the spray system will start automatically. The spray water become steam in the hot and humid tube, and is then taken away by the air flow; the remaining water stay in water tank for recycling use. The fluid flow in the coil has little consumption, which is just 1-2% of unit flow.

4. Closed cooling system characteristics:
1). Fully closed loop cooling, there is no debris into the cooling pipe system, pipe blockage phenomenon will not occur.
2). Soft water circulation cooling, no scale formation during high temperature, does not cause cooling pipe system scale.
3). Little place occupation, do not need to dig a pool, convenient for place change, save water, reduce energy consumption.
4). Adopts evaporation heat absorption cooling method, high cooling efficiency.
5). The closed circulating water consumption is little, which is in line with the requirement of environment protection and energy saving requirement.
